SKILLINGS
Patrick Skillings is a true Victorian, native born in 1949, attending Margaret Jenkins, Central Jr., and Victoria High School. He graduated from UVIC with a B.A. and a teacher's certificate and taught Junior high school English and Math for 3 years.
He began his real estate career in Victoria in 1979 and has been a very successful top producer every year ever since. Patrick's Victoria roots run deep as his father, Waldo, also born in Victoria served in the W.A.C. Bennet Provincial Government Cabinet in the 1960's. Patrick and his family (Hali, Bond & Noelle) live in Oak Bay near the ocean.

JOHN McMILLAN
After 40-odd years in Victoria John has extensive knowledge and intimate familiarity with our many neighbourhoods. His degree in Urban Planning added to his 25 years in the construction industry have produced the optimum combination of technical understanding and practical experience. Michael Burr has been involved in hands-on commercial management for 30 years. He holds the CCIM designation as well as an active British Columbia Real Estate License - serving as Agent-Nominee of Burr Properties Ltd. 2 term past President of the Victoria Real Estate Board, as well as Chairman of various committees including the Commercial R.E. Division, Michael's civic experience includes various terms of membership on both the Heritage and Advisory Design Committees at Victoria City Hall.
SHIRIN MAZIDI
Shirin has a Master of Arts degree in Economics and is the recipient of the fellowship award from the University of Victoria's Economics program. Shirin has trained comprehensively in the corporate division of a loan firm and has extensive experience working as a project manager on the provincial government's real estate portfolio. Dual licensed as a mortgage broker and realtor, she manages various private million dollar portfolios of property and ensures that her client's decisions are profitable. Her values stand strong by her being direct to her clients, maintaining their trust and ensuring the protection of their privacy. A financial wiz, she jokes that buying your home is as easy as 1,2,3.
She is known for her personable, charismatic and determined nature. She enjoys working with clients of different backgrounds as she has traveled to over 20 countries and communicates effectively in 5 languages she is fluent in. Her speaking French, English and Farsi has helped her with clients in Montreal, Edmonton, Victoria, Calgary and Vancouver. She helps clients finance their mortgage and buy their homes throughout British Columbia.
